Onboarding
Our standard onboarding spans 7 days and includes agent configuration, calendar integration, and quality assurance testing. A minimum of 10 blind test calls must pass before the system goes live.
Payment
Services require a one-time setup fee plus a monthly recurring fee. Specific pricing is discussed during consultation and is not listed on this website.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If not satisfied within the first 30 days of going live, you may request a full refund of the upfront setup fee.
Monthly recurring charges are non-refundable for periods in which service was active.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to octavio@verdiex.net. All data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation unless otherwise requested.
Limitation of Liability
Verdiex AI's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Verdiex AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or missed leads.

Our AI systems are automated tools. While designed to be accurate and professional, we do not guarantee every interaction will be error-free. Clients should maintain oversight of lead communications.

When you call a phone number operated by a Verdiex AI client, you may be connected with an AI-powered voice agent that assists with your inquiry and schedules appointments on behalf of the real estate professional.
SMS Consent
By providing your phone number through a call or web inquiry, you consent to receive follow-up text messages related to your property inquiry.

Frequency: Message frequency varies.

Data Use

No Guarantee
Verdiex AI does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or condition of any property discussed during calls or texts. Verify all information directly with the real estate professional.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
